Exchange - As part of the transaction, the old parts must be traded in when the new parts are purchased.  If the old parts can't be traded in, there will be a core charge added to the exchange price.

Non-Replaceable Drive Shafts - Over the past decade or so, many auto makers have designed drive shafts to be "non-replaceable", meaning that even if something small fails (a u-joint or a carrier bearing), you'll have to replace the entire shaft.  They then charge $500-$800 for these replacement shafts through dealerships.

Before you pay these prices, call us 412-784-1991.  We can often build replacement shafts from scratch at a fraction of that price and in some cases can simply replace the broken component and save you the cost of a new shaft.
